During sale events, peak seasons or supplier stock shortages, processing may be extended by 1–3 working days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Duties

For orders shipped outside the UK, import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees may apply upon delivery.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. Please check your local customs office for more information.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging

• Hygiene liners, tags and labels must be fully intact (mandatory hygiene requirement for intimate apparel)

• Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped by us

Hygiene Guarantee: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, briefs, socks or hosiery if the hygiene seal/liner has been removed or damaged.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days and credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
