Cut cords, partially‑disassembled bead strands and altered components cannot be returned. Natural stone beads feature minor colour & texture variations which are natural properties and not classed as defects.

Our beads, cords and jewellery findings are suitable for normal skin contact. Our metal components are alloy and not hypoallergenic, so those with metal allergies may get skin irritation. Please remove jewellery before bathing or sleeping.
