Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To qualify for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs), exchange, or replacement:
• Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags attached, and hygiene liners fully intact;
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order (this aligns with the statutory right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and EU consumer protection laws).
Refund Processing
• Once we receive and inspect your returned package, it may take 7–10 working days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your original payment method.
• We will notify you via email once the refund has been issued.
Clearance Items
Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our eligibility requirements.
Return Shipping
• General returns: You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product (in which case we will reimburse your return shipping fee upon receipt of proof of postage).
• Please ensure returned packages are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit (we are not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping).

To request a return, exchange, or refund:
- Use our self-serve return portal at https://www.kaylnn.com/pages/returns-exchanges and enter your order number, email, and billing postcode;
